The sustainability culture seems to have started few years ago by Gorichka. It is still in its initial phase of development. One of the latest initiatives are the forums organized by Gorichka – for food, home, parents and business.

Here are some ideas on how to develop further the sustainability culture in Bulgaria:
- Create Sustainable Banks – create bank which use the money for sustainable projects, but not for unsustainable. Money are not given for things that do not make sense and are harmful to people and nature, but exactly to the contrary. In Germany there are already 3 banks doing this. Krum will add more info here. - Create Positive Media – create a paper and online magazine sharing the best things happening in Bulgaria and the World on the topic of Sustainability. Examples: the German magazine Oya – sharing information on community living and acting, solidarity economics, social movements, utopias and practical examples, social models supporting living, search for meaning and life quality, permaculture and deep ecology, self-education. They are sharing about 60-70% of the cool stuff happening in Germany and the World, which is quite a lot! In Bulgaria at least 100000 people (young and old!) are waiting for positive news and such media can quickly inspire a lot of Bulgarians to think in a good direction! This is highly important and can become highly practical! Such media can very easily lift-up the mass consciousness in Bulgaria!
